Conference Fees

Early registration fee applies only if pre-registration is done by 24th of March and payment is received to the destination account no later than 11th April.
Students are kindly asked to provide evidence of their university registration.

Conference fees cover the following:

• Regular and student participants: access to conference presentations, welcome reception, lunches, coffeee breaks, boat trip and conference dinner.
• Accompanying person: welcome reception, lunches, boat trip and conference dinner.

Payment options

We kindly request that any wire bank transfer will be received at the destination account by 30th April. After that date payments can only be done by cash in EUR at the on-site registration desk. Wire bank transfer cost should be charged at the origin.
